2. Products and prices

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, packaging, and handmade or natural products may vary slightly from photographs and descriptions.

Prices and available options are shown on the product page. Shipping charges are added before payment. If a product, price, or availability detail is clearly incorrect, we may correct it before accepting the order and will contact you if necessary.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send confirmation that the order is being processed. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and arrange a refund for any payment taken.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Chic Noir does not store or handle your card details.

4. Delivery

We ship to the UK, the EU and other countries; Ëlabba essences ship within the UK only. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown in the bag before payment. Please read our Shipping Policy for further information.

5. Cancellations, returns, and faulty goods

Your cancellation, return, and refund rights are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. Products must be used in accordance with their labels, instructions, and any safety information provided.
