Where we ship
We ship from London with Royal Mail, tracked, to the UK, the EU and other countries. Choose your country in the bag: if it is not listed, we cannot ship there yet. Ëlabba essences ship within the UK only, up to four per order, under Royal Mail's rules for perfumes.
Costs and delivery estimates
In the bag, based on the country you choose and the weight of your order, you will see each delivery option with its price and estimated time before you pay. Standard UK delivery is free above the amount shown in the shop. Essences are made when your order arrives, so they are dispatched within three working days, plus the delivery time. If an order is too heavy to send in one parcel to your country, the bag will tell you; contact us and we will arrange it. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries
If an order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, contact [email protected] with your order details so we can investigate and help.
