Directions for use

Shake well before use.

• Spray: mist the room, your doorway or your treatment room before and after each session, or when you leave home and come back. Do not spray onto skin.
• How often: suitable for daily use; you can repeat it several times a day.
• Diffuser: to clear your home once a week or as needed. Maximum 1 ml or 20 drops per 500 ml of water; add gradually until you reach the scent you like.
